The universal joint dynamic balancing machine adopts universal coupling transmission, which can obtain a variety of balanced speeds, and has high precision, convenient operation and high work efficiency.
SB-18(40 tons of workpiece) universal joint drive hard supportbalancing machineis mainly used in large generator rotor, steam turbine, ceramic machinery, drum, fan, printing machinery, textile machinery, aerospace and other rotating workpiece balance correction. The machine adopts universal coupling transmission, with frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, and high precision, convenient operation, high efficiency. The measurement system adopts HSC microcomputer measurement system. The speed, value and phase are all displayed digitally. The 6 types of rotors are optional. The display is intuitive and can be memorized. The unbalance is directly displayed with "g. The electromechanical transducer adopts piezoelectric (magnetoelectric) sensor, which has the characteristics of large output, reliable performance and high sensitivity.
